How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Cylinder Processor will visually inspect and perform ultrasonic examination tests on cylinders or otherwise requalify other cylinders.
JOB DUTIES AND INFORMATION

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm

• Repair all high-pressure cylinders using proper tools and personal protective equipment.
  
• Inspect, document, test and mark low pressure cylinders per DOT and CGA
  
• Stamp cylinders appropriately after re-qualifying.
  
• Assist in all cylinder inventories and on all Valves and Repair parts to insure an adequate supply.
  
• Learn to perform all repairs on all equipment in the cylinder maintenance area.

  QUALIFICATIONS
  
  • Ability to perform heavy work - routinely lifts 25 - 75 lbs., and occasionally lifts 76 to greater than 100 lbs.
    
  • Attention to detail
    
  • Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, and feeling also required.
    
  • Ability to read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
    
  • Must be able to safely drive a forklift.
