Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate to
support financial analysis and reporting in the solar energy
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reporting activities for sponsors, senior management, and
investment committees
Develop and maintain financial models for corporate and
project-level decision-making
Drive optimization of capital strategy and manage liquidity
planning and reporting
Qualifications and Experience
3+ years of experience in investment banking or private equity
focused on financial services or energy
3+ years of solar project finance experience, preferably in the
commercial and industrial sector
Strong technical Excel modeling skills for financial statements
MBA and/or CFA preferred
