Job Description:
A company is looking for a SVP of Finance to lead financial
strategy and operations to support growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to
the Board of Directors
Lead revenue cycle management and ensure best-in-class revenue
collection
Manage accounting processes including AP/AR workflow and financial
reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
12+ years of financial management experience in healthcare
services
Knowledge of fee-for-service and value-based payment models
Experience in fundraising and managing investor relations
Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial implications
of hybrid-care delivery
