Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior People Data Specialist to
compile, analyze, visualize, and interpret people-related data.
Key Responsibilities
Compile, analyze, and visualize people-related data to support
business decisions
Utilize data analysis tools to create reports and answer HR-related
queries
Participate in analyzing workforce management trends and assist in
survey development
Required Qualifications
2 years of professional experience in HR analytics, business
analytics, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,
Psychology, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Experience extracting data from an HRIS is preferred
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., R, Python) is a
plus
