Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Assistant to support the VP
of Financial Operations with contract management and financial
planning responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage order entry for invoicing clients and allocate revenue based
on contracts
Generate reports from CRM systems and assist with contract
management and financial planning
Coordinate with the AR team for collections and update financial
revenue reports
Required Qualifications
Experience in accounting and finance
Basic understanding of financial terms and sales tax related to
client billings
Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office
SAP experience is a plus
