Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Accounting Specialist who
will manage invoicing and collections in a fully remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Verify billing schedules with Project Managers and track
reimbursable expenses
Generate and distribute client invoices and process consultant
invoices
Manage collections for items aging up to 30 days and provide A/R
reporting to Directors and Project Managers weekly
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical
school, or five years of related experience
4+ years of work experience in Accounting/Finance
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with high
integrity
Strong organizational and planning skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments
