Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead their
marketing efforts and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Set the vision, strategy, and budget for the marketing
department
Manage the in-house marketing team and oversee freelancers and
vendors
Build demand generation capabilities through various marketing
channels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA is a plus
Experience leading marketing in a B2B environment; business
services or BPO experience is a plus
Demonstrated experience with data analytics to inform strategy
Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to a changing marketing
landscape
High competence in project and stakeholder management
