Job Description:
A company is looking for an Appeal Writer to support the review
of denied insurance claims on behalf of client hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
Review denied insurance claims and patients' medical files
Develop strategies to reverse claim denials and create written
appeals
Manage and organize appeal workflow based on various deadlines
Required Qualifications
4-year degree or work equivalency required
Ability to prioritize workload based on strict deadlines
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software
High level of reading comprehension and ability to analyze medical
information
Medical or biology background is a plus, but not required
