Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the marketing strategy and multi-year
roadmap
Manage a team responsible for employer and consumer campaign
strategies from innovation to execution
Collaborate with matrix partners to inform strategy and optimize
marketing effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business; MBA preferred
7-10 years of experience in group insurance (Life, Accident,
Disability, and Voluntary)
Experience in demand/lead generation tools based on revenue
generation
Proven program and people management skills
Demonstrated analytical competencies to leverage performance
analytics
