Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive
back-end revenue and enhance customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage high-converting email and SMS campaigns for
customer retention
Develop strategies to optimize customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and
Average Order Value (AOV)
Oversee loyalty program enhancements to maximize customer
engagement and repeat purchases
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, lifecycle,
retention, or email marketing in a B2C environment
Experience managing large contact databases (1M+ contacts
preferred)
Proven expertise in customer communications across email and SMS
platforms, with a preference for Klaviyo and Attentive
Results-oriented with a focus on measurable outcomes in customer
retention and revenue growth
Experience in leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced
environment
