Pharmacy Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Reporting Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a centralized dashboard for pharmacy performance measures
Lead regulatory reporting processes and collaborate with vendor partners for data accuracy
Conduct data queries to monitor performance metrics and oversee PBM submissions to CMS

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, information management, information systems, statistics, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience
Working knowledge of industry coding standards
5+ years of managed care experience preferred, particularly with Medicaid/Medicare
Experience with pharmacy benefit managers or direct pharmacy experience is desirable
