Job Description:
A company is looking for a 1099 Success Coach to provide
personalized support and guidance to students in achieving their
academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide student success coaching primarily to college students,
focusing on academic planning and resource navigation
Develop SMART Goals and personalized student success plans in
collaboration with students
Document each coaching session accurately in the Electronic Health
Record platform
Required Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited college or university
Three or more years of experience providing student support
services
Experience in coaching on topics such as time management, goal
setting, and career readiness
Access to a computer with a webcam, telephone/smartphone, and
stable internet connection
Ability to engage with diverse communities and maintain
professional rapport
