Salesforce Support Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Salesforce Support Engineer to assist with Salesforce applications and support for sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1 support for Salesforce features and troubleshoot issues
Manage customer service needs and ensure high satisfaction levels
Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and enhance platform functionality

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred)
3+ years of software development experience, including 3 years with Salesforce applications
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator
Working knowledge of Lightning Web Components and JavaScript
