The candidate should have a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering or industry experience and superb writing and communication skills. Should ideally have 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in organic chemistry or chemical engineering.

• Preparing draft patent applications and draft responses to communications from the USPTO
• Assist attorneys in the delivery of quality legal services to clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner
