Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior / Staff Web Engineer to build
dynamic, consumer-facing web applications using React.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as technology lead and make key decisions regarding the tech
stack and mobile development strategy
Collaborate with co-founders, CTO, product designers, and engineers
to build the platform
Establish and grow the engineering organization while mentoring
future technology leaders
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience building web applications using React or
equivalent frameworks
Experience in architecting scalable frontend solutions and
integrating with backend APIs
Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend tools
(e.g., Webpack, Tailwind)
Experience building scalable and reusable UI components, including
design systems
Prior experience at a high-growth stage company
