Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Contact Center Engineer
specializing in Cisco UCCE and Webex CCE.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize contact center solutions and
telephony infrastructure
Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and capacity planning
to ensure optimal performance
Provide support and training to junior engineers and maintain
comprehensive documentation
Required Qualifications
5 to 10 years of advanced telecommunications experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Advanced knowledge of telecom networks and systems, including Cisco
UCCE and Webex CCE
Experience with ACD/PBX systems and CTI integration
Familiarity with IVR systems and Verint solutions is a plus
