Job Description:
A company is looking for a Citrix Engineer SME I to manage
complex projects and provide technical support for VDI
environments.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, plan, and integrate technical infrastructure solutions to
ensure secure and stable production environments
Assist customers with VDI issues and manage the ticket queue for
support requests
Participate in the rollout of large projects, including hardware
and software installations
Required Qualifications
BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering,
Mathematics, or equivalent technical studies
3-5 years of relevant work experience in complex infrastructure
projects
Knowledge of Hypervisors, VMWare vSphere, MS Hyper-V, and Citrix
XenServer
Citrix CCP-V or CCA-V certification and VMWare VCP or Microsoft
MCSA/MCP certification required
Ability to pass a US Public Trust background check
