Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Tech Engineer to provide
high-quality technical support to clients and ensure effective
system operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Windows
Autopilot, and other related tools
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and
management
Lead technical support processes for Microsoft Defender products
and assist in their installation and maintenance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field
3 - 5 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience focusing on Microsoft
Intune, Entra, and Defender
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and
management
Relevant certifications in Microsoft and other technologies are a
plus
