A company is looking for a Senior Technical Content Engineer to educate its community on infrastructure as code best practices.



Key Responsibilities

Author and manage comprehensive documentation materials including guides, tutorials, and reference docs
Write blog posts and whitepapers that provide architectural guidance and illustrate infrastructure as code concepts
Engage with the community to understand user needs and define infrastructure as code best practices


Required Qualifications and Education

4+ years as a software or DevOps engineer, with at least 1 year of experience documenting products for a developer audience
Experience in creating developer documentation and structuring content for enhanced readability
Empathy for developers of varying skill levels and understanding of their documentation needs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience with languages such as Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
