Job Description:
A company is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join
their global IT Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end user hardware and software support remotely and
on-site
Manage desktop and laptop imaging, software deployment, and IT
asset management
Collaborate with IT Support teams on mobile device management and
maintain the EUC ticketing queue
Required Qualifications
Experience in EUC support for Windows 10/11, O365, and major
desktop applications
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows Desktop issues and
Active Directory
Knowledge of smart and mobile operating systems, including Android
and iOS
Working knowledge of macOS devices and hardware
installation/configuration
Familiarity with SCCM/InTune/JAMF for device imaging and
patching
