Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and
mentor a team of engineers while ensuring successful project
delivery and growth across digital services offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Execute engineering strategy and manage performance of engineers,
providing guidance and mentorship
Manage project margins and contribute to P&L for assigned
accounts while ensuring optimal staffing and capacity
Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to
drive collaboration and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
a related field
Proven 3+ years' experience leading technical teams in a digital
services or consulting environment
Strong understanding of software development and engineering
practices
Experience in managing P&L and project financials, with a focus
on account growth
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and experience in
cross-functional teams
