Their work is synonymous with some of the most complex, large scale commercial projects across the US. We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer (Hybrid) to work out of the Houston area. This is a hybrid role, with some days in the office depending on managerial discretion and project needs.Responsibilities

• Structural analysis, design, and details for all types of buildings and materials using a variety of building codes.
• Coordination of design work with in-house staff as well as other design professionals including Architects and other Engineering disciplines.
• Resolve project issues and problems.
• Provide technical guidance to co-workers.
• Contribute to a team environment by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner.
• Review complete project documents for conformity and quality assurance.
• Develop new techniques and/or improved processes for design projects.
• Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
• Review and approve scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments.Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant commercial building design engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated career growth that includes project management experience.
  • Master's in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural.
  • Must be a licensed P.E. in the state of Texas, preference given to candidates with a Graduate Degree.
