As we continue growing at a fast pace, will you "Dare to Grow" with us?YOUR ROLEManage Automation Engineering projects to support the preparation of proposals for new business opportunities, renewals of current customer contracts, and re-engineering current operations by identifying vendors, engineering and costing automated operations.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Manage automation engineering projects to support proposals, renewals and re-engineering activities to support CEVA business and profit growth objectives
• Hire/train/upskill engineers
• Work with Design Solution engineers, Pricing Analysts, BDs and Program Managers to schedule, prepare and submit proposals for new business and renewals on a timely basis
• Develop relationships with automated equipment vendors and proactively evaluate and recommend automated equipment vendors for certification by GHO
• Support the implementation of automated operations and equipment as needed
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the Solution Design team
• Incorporate green initiatives into CEVA proposals when appropriate and in conjunction with employee support of local communitiesWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Education and Experience:
• A BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of Experience engineering and implementing DCs with automation equipment
• Supporting 3PL new business proposals by engineering automated DCs
• A MS in Mechanical or Industrial EngineeringSkills:
• Knowledge/experience of DC operations
• Knowledge/experience of solution engineeringCharacteristics:
• Ability to communicate/work with executive leaders, fluent in English
