Job Description:
A company is looking for a Development Engineer 4.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with stakeholders to identify product and technical
requirements and conducts analysis for integration needs
Designs and customizes software and web applications, supports
development, and assists in software release roll-outs
Trains junior engineers and oversees documentation and technical
requirements related to development activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and
experience, or extensive related professional experience
7-10 years of relevant work experience
Expertise in engineering methodologies and process design
Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior
engineers
Familiarity with performance metrics tracking and quality assurance
processes
