A company is looking for a Retention Manager to enhance customer

Key Responsibilities
Own customer retention goals and KPIs, including cancellation rate
and churn
Work cross-functionally to implement retention initiatives and
improve processes
Project manage retention projects across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Proven track record in customer engagement and retention management
in e-commerce or telemedicine
3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
Strong experience collaborating with operations, marketing, and
tech teams
Strong analytical skills to leverage quantitative insights for
improvement
