About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Scientific Officer
(CSO) to provide strategic leadership in the development and
implementation of a comprehensive research strategy, with a focus
on early-stage drug discovery. The successful candidate will be
responsible for overseeing the identification and validation of new
drug targets and pipeline assets, ensuring that research
initiatives align with business objectives, and driving scientific
innovation. This role also involves leading and mentoring a
