Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Solutions and
Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Solutions and Onboarding Department, ensuring
high-quality output
Design and develop custom localization solutions based on customer
needs and technical requirements
Oversee the onboarding process for complex customers, ensuring
seamless integration and training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Localization, Linguistics, Computer Science,
Information Systems, or a related field; Master's Degree
preferred
Minimum of 15 years of experience in localization or technical
project management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
5 years of experience leading a globally distributed, remote
team
Demonstrated success in managing complex technical localization
projects and integrations
In-depth knowledge of localization tools and technologies,
including TMS and API-driven integrations
