Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Referral Partners to
develop and scale their referral partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and nurture relationships with consultancies, VCs, and
technology accelerators to generate new business opportunities
Develop and execute a partnership strategy to build a robust
pipeline of referral leads
Manage and optimize the referral partner program, tracking
performance and refining strategies for consistent referral
activity
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in partnership and business development
roles focused on early-stage companies
Proven ability to build and scale referral or partnership programs
in a SaaS or technology-focused company
Established relationships with venture capitalists, startups, and
incubators in the tech or defense space
Experience in the national security, defense, or cybersecurity
sector is preferred
Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles in complex or regulated
markets
