Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to develop
and optimize a comprehensive sales enablement program.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a scalable sales enablement program aligned
with revenue goals
Create and manage sales training content and resources to support
the sales team
Develop onboarding programs and conduct regular training sessions
for new and existing sales hires
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or
sales training in a high-growth SaaS environment
Proven track record of collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and
Product teams
Experience in designing and delivering effective sales training
programs
Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and CRM tools
Strong analytical skills to measure program impact and make
data-driven adjustments
