Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to manage and
evaluate compensation functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and conduct analyses to support effective compensation
programs
Administer the company's compensation program in accordance with
established policies
Conduct job analysis and evaluation, and analyze compensation
surveys
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
More than four years of experience in compensation management
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to navigate and use web-based systems
