Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Regulatory Affairs,
Advertising/Promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the regulatory review process for promotional materials to
ensure compliance with local regulations and company policy
Provide strategic guidance on commercial product labeling and serve
as the lead regulatory representative on cross-functional teams
Review and provide guidance on a variety of promotional and
non-promotional materials, ensuring adherence to healthcare
regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related discipline
10+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical
industry
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Regulatory
Advertising/Promotion capacity
Direct experience with FDA's Office of Prescription Drug Promotion
is preferred
Oncology or relevant therapeutic area experience is preferred
