Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Business
Systems to lead the development and optimization of core business
systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the administration and continuous improvement of NetSuite,
focusing on inventory management and financial integrations
Oversee the development and integration of Salesforce,
collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue
operations
Manage a team of business systems analysts, driving system roadmaps
and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Qualifications:
Experience managing business systems, particularly with NetSuite
and Salesforce
Extensive knowledge of NetSuite, especially in inventory management
and financial modules
Strong background in Salesforce administration and
customization
Proven leadership experience with cross-functional team
management
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is
preferred
