Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Experience Manager to
manage and grow relationships with real estate investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the loan origination process for strategic accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers as a trusted
advisor
Onboard new customers and set clear expectations regarding policies
and processes
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience and account management
experience
At least 3 years of mortgage experience (non-QM or QM)
Ability to adapt in a dynamic and growing organization
Experience in formulating and presenting solutions based on
customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
