Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to
manage alliances within the Salesforce and Hubspot ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy
Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives in partner
relationship management
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and prepare regular
reports
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA
preferred
7+ years of experience in partnership development or business
development in a SaaS or technology environment
Proven track record of managing successful partnerships with SIs
and ISVs in the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for
decision-making
