A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning and
Decision Support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial forecasting, analysis, and modeling to align with
strategic goals
Develop financial models for data-driven decision-making and assess
financial impacts of new initiatives
Collaborate with leaders to provide strategic financial insights
and evaluate financial performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare
Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA
preferred
Minimum seven years of experience in financial planning, analysis,
or decision support in healthcare
Five years of progressive experience in a managerial or supervisory
role
