do
- Facilitate excellent customer service, leading team members by
example toward customer care.
- Thoughtfully manage team members - directing, mentoring, and
delegating their daily tasks.
- Address customer needs holistically, from pairing them with the
right loan to assisting with taxes.
- Thoughtfully sell new & existing World products to help
customers meet their financial needs.
- Support, collaborate with, and lean on the strengths and
talents of your branch team.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community
within your branch.
- Foster relationships in the community that organically drive
