Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Director - Product and
Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on global legal issues related to the product portfolio
Manage the company's IP portfolio and oversee product legal
strategy
Lead a team of lawyers and collaborate with various business
units
Required Qualifications
JD/law degree and bar admission in at least one state or
jurisdiction
12+ years of relevant experience in a product counseling role
Experience with international businesses on multi-jurisdictional
matters
Proven experience managing a large global team in product
development
Strong understanding of global supply chain and complex
agreements
