Efficiency Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy implementation support strategies for state and
local government programs
Collaborate with utility clients and stakeholders to optimize

Guide market research and analysis to inform delivery practices and

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in policy, business, economics,
marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the energy industry, including
policy and utility implementation
Proven experience in market research and business strategy within
the energy sector
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Experience in developing standardized approaches for market
intelligence and business development
