Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Account
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Own the bookings targets and manage day-to-day operations for the
Account Management team
Build strong customer relationships and ensure continuous delivery
of value to customers
Collaborate with leaders across departments to drive customer
retention and support innovation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in an Account Management or Revenue
environment
5+ years of experience managing employees, preferably in the HR or
SaaS space
Successful track record in selling/retaining Enterprise
customers
Experience managing front-line managers is a plus
Ability to make decisions in the absence of clear data and adapt to
changing business needs
