Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to provide
exemplary customer service and support to public sector
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage long-term partnerships with a portfolio of partner agencies
from post-sale to product launch
Collaborate with sales, implementation, support, and product teams
to ensure exceptional service delivery
Determine metrics, health scores, and KPIs relevant to each account
in cooperation with the Manager of Partner Success
Required Qualifications and Education
2-5 years of experience in customer success or customer experience,
preferably with a public sector customer base
Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or Computer
Science considered an asset
Project management experience
Data analysis experience
