Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Director to ensure
regulatory adherence across its origination and operational
processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Regulatory Change Management function and ensure
compliance with regulatory changes
Manage the Compliance Pricing monitoring function to identify and
address emerging risks
Support Compliance staff and prepare materials for executive
meetings and compliance committees
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in a financial institution
At least 5 years of risk management and/or consumer compliance
experience related to mortgage originations
Knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations
Familiarity with loan operations and project management
