Headcount.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the global headcount forecasting process and financial
models in Anaplan
Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to refine hiring
and attrition assumptions
Analyze financial data to provide insights and solutions for senior
leadership
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in finance
Prior experience in headcount and compensation forecasting
Experience with Workday and Anaplan
Proficiency in financial modeling
Knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau)
