Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director / VP of Financial Planning &
Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing
actionable financial insights
Oversee preparation of reports including variance analysis and
operational performance metrics
Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional leaders, aligning
financial goals with company objectives
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; MBA or CPA
preferred
7-15 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior
FP&A role within the technology industry
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, with
advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience with financial planning tools and data visualization
software
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing
finance teams
