Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Product Manager to enhance
the post-purchase customer experience in a high-growth telemedicine
startup.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance the post-purchase customer journey within the
app
Oversee new product launches and feature updates, ensuring
alignment with user needs
Develop strategies to drive customer retention and satisfaction by
addressing churn drivers
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years in a product management role, preferably in
e-commerce
Strong background in optimizing mobile app experiences with a focus
on UX
Experience with data-driven decision making, including A/B testing
and customer sentiment analysis
Familiarity with user research and persona development to inform
strategic decisions
Basic understanding of technical systems and project management
skills, particularly in Agile methodologies
