The ideal candidate will be a developer by nature, with extensive experience in managing diverse projects and a deep understanding of the Power Platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent project management skills to ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions.Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects handled by independent developers.
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Serve as the main point of contact between developers, stakeholders, and external clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress, milestones, and any potential risks.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support developers by providing guidance on the Power Platform and other programmatic solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality control of all deliverables and maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
  • Strong programming background.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and its integration capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is preferred.Benefits:
