Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to develop
and implement sales training programs and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training on sales strategies and best
practices
Develop and manage sales materials and playbooks in collaboration
with teams
Engage with cross-functional teams to identify productivity gaps
and drive initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2 years in a sales enablement role; market research
experience preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce.com is essential; experience with other
sales tools is a plus
Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet targets
Experience in remote work is preferred
