Job Description:
A company is looking for a Merchant Success Manager to help
merchants succeed in selling subscriptions on Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tactical and strategic expertise to merchants for launching
and managing subscriptions
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Support teams to
understand merchant needs
Develop new strategies to ensure merchant success and growth
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer success or account management, preferably in
e-commerce or SaaS
Familiarity with subscription models and Shopify platform
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
Strong understanding of merchant needs and challenges in the
subscription space
