Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Client Relations to
manage relationships with in-house legal departments and enhance
client service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with in-house legal departments for outside
counsel needs
Advise clients on strategies to decrease costs and improve law firm
relationships
Expand client relationships through meetings and manage annual
renewal conversations
Required Qualifications
Experience in account or sales roles within the legal industry
Experience in management consulting or business strategy
preferred
2 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer or paralegal focused on
client relations
BA/BS degree from an accredited institution required
Ability to work cross-functionally with various business units
