Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager II - Sanctions
Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with senior managers on complex compliance matters and
oversee regulatory relationships
Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to manage
compliance risks effectively
Develop training and escalate compliance risk issues to leadership
and relevant business lines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
8 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk, or a
relevant function
A combined minimum of 12 years of higher education and/or work
experience, including 8 years in compliance or related fields in
lieu of a degree
Minimum of 4 years of managerial or supervisory experience
Experience in sanctions compliance is ideal
