Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Direct Mail & Performance Analytics to lead direct response marketing strategies and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute direct response marketing strategies across direct mail and other channels
Manage the marketing funnel and provide insights into campaign effectiveness through detailed reporting
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve key metrics such as conversion rates and customer lifetime value

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years in performance marketing with expertise in direct response channels, particularly direct mail
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets for marketing optimization
In-depth knowledge of direct mail formats, testing methodologies, and response optimization strategies
Experience with full-funnel analysis and presenting data to leadership teams
Ability to collaborate with various marketing teams for integrated campaign strategies
